Gemma Rose poop bags should be used within 1 year of the purchase date. You should be sure to avoid storing in direct sunlight or any area of high humidity.

The Gemma Rose tie handle bags are produced in China. We spent extra time and put extraordinary amounts of effort finding the right manufacturer for our product. It was super important that we chose a manufacturer that shares the same integrity and also the passion & love for animals that we do. Furthermore, our factory follows strict quality assurance (QA) guidelines. We also perform an extra layer of QA once the bags reach our local warehouse prior to reaching our customer’s doorstep.

Although our products contain an EPI additive to help them break down more quickly than your traditional plastic bags, we cannot label the bags as ‘biodegradable’. This is due to recent updated regulations by the US Federal Trade Commission regarding certain time-based requirements of product decomposure in landfill environments. We use the US Postal Service (USPS) to fulfill all of our orders. Depending on the amount of boxes ordered, the boxes will be shipped via either First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking will be provided once a shipping label is generated and sent to your account via e-mail.
